Using a company account allows you to centralise the management of your travel expenses, your employees book their vehicles independently but you avoid expense advances. In addition to saving you processing time, this allows you to keep track of your costs.
Important: If you create a booking with your business account, both the booking details, and the related invoice will be visible only if you change your account view from Personal to Business. In other words, personal bookings are visible on the personal account view, and business bookings are visible on the business account view. ;)
