What should I do if I cannot return the vehicle to its parking space?

In case your booking started in a parking, you must return the vehicle to the same Europcar On Demand parking spot where you picked it up. In case that place is occupied, please check if there are any other free Europcar On Demand parking slots. If you cannot find anything, you can park the vehicle to another free parking slot which is closest to the Europcar On Demand parking places, call +34 912 820 915, or send an email to support.es@ondemand.europcar.com and indicate the number of the parking slot where you left the vehicle.

In case your booking started on the street, you must return the vehicle within the parking area indicated in the app.
Avoid fines: remember to follow the parking regulations so as not to leave it in a disabled area or one with restrictions for it.
