How do I report damage to the vehicle?

Check the condition of the vehicle before you start your booking, and check if there are any new damages that are not indicated in the damage report, located in the App. In case you detect any new damage, please take a picture of it, and send it to support.es@ondemand.europcar.com alongside with your booking details.
